How do i track my order?

  • You will receive a tracking number via email a few days after placing your order. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking to update after the shipment. If you have any concerns about the delivery, please feel free to contact us for any assistance

I have not received all the products ordered.

  • If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to stock availability. Rest assured, your next package will be close by.

Can i modify my order?

  • We do not allow any modifications or cancellations once an order is placed so please double check your order before placing it

My clothing is too small

  • A size chart is provided with all of our textiles to help you choose the right size. Each item description includes detailed information to assist you in your purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size. I did not receive my order yet

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated time from of 2-6 days processing and 7-26 shipping, then there may be unexpected delays such as your country's customs facilities holding the package for processing, global shipping shortages or a back log of packages.
