RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that if you have changed your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it, we cannot accept your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When initiating a return, please be aware that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of the item back to our designated return address.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process. In the event of a refund due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order 24 hours after it has been purchased. Please note the shipping fee would not be refunded. 

  • When cancelling duplicate orders, the first order will be kept and the duplicate order will be refunded.
